About Alex Mahon/h3>
Alex Mahon currently serves at CEO Foundry and as CEO Designate at Channel 4. Alex also serves as the Senior Non-Executive Director of Ocado Plc, Non-Exec at the charity Edinburgh International Television Festival and she Chairs the Royal Television Society Programme Awards. In addition, Ms. Mahon is Appeal Chair of The Scar Free Foundation a national charity funding pioneering and transformative medical research into disfigurement.
Alex Mahon was previously CEO of Shine Group, departing in 2015 after successfully guiding the company into a joint venture with Endemol to form Endemol Shine Group owned by 21st Century Fox and Apollo Global. Alex joined Shine as Managing Director in 2006 and built the group through M&A and organic growth into an organisation with 27 creative labels in 12 countries and £700m revenues. Prior to this Ms. Mahon had a career in media organisations across Europe, at Talkback Thames, FremantleMedia and RTL Group. This followed on from her start as a PhD Physicist and then at strategy consultants Mitchell Madison Group as an internet retail expert.
About Jon Wadelton
Jon Wadelton is CTO at Foundry. Jon has been instrumental in driving the engineering and product development of NUKE since he joined Foundry in 2007. Since becoming CTO, Jon’s role has expanded to include all IP at The Foundry, both existing in the company’s current product range and beyond into their R&D.
Mr. Wadelton has over 20 years experience in software leadership roles within the media production and telecom industries. He holds a bachelor’s degree from La Trobe University.
