ZeroDensity VP of Product and Support Aydemir Sahin and Steve Waskul talk about virtual set solutions for broadcast and the future in the StudioXperience Broadcast Studio at the 2018 NAB Show. During the conversation they discuss how new and innovative approaches to virtual sets and real-time graphics are helping to push forward the industry towards photo-realistic imagery.
ZeroDensity’s Reality software was used during the live Waskul.TV broadcast from the 2018 NAB Show. At this show the software ran on HP Z8 Workstations with NVIDIA Quadro P6000 GPUs. Subsequent to the interview Reality was shown in StudioXperience at SIGGRAPH 2018 as part of the Waskul.TV broadcast there and the team achieved the world’s first 4K 60p live broadcast with a virtual set based on Unreal Engine.
