Foundry Co-Founder and Chief Scientist Simon Robinson, joins Steve Waskul in the StudioXperience Broadcast Studio at SIGGRAPH 2018. During this interview Simon talks about how Foundry enables its customers to turn incredible ideas into reality with their software solutions.
About Simon Robinson
Simon Robinson is a technologist and a co-Founder of London-based software company Foundry. Simon has a passion for machine vision and visual effects, and extensive experience in SME growth, M&A, technology licensing and Private Equity. Simon also chairs the Board for the exceptional teachers at the young Burton Hathow prep school.
With a BA Hons in Engineering and Computing from Cambridge University, Simon Robinson began his career at IBM Research in New York. He subsequently worked in technology development at companies including Digital Pictures, Rushes, Framestore and MPC before starting up Foundry in 1996.
